We believe in
reliability and reputation

In addition to our work as construction and electrical contractors, Danbert also offers hydro excavation. Through years of experience, we know firsthand that traditional digging methods can be time consuming and inaccurate. Without the necessary precision, underground utilities can be damaged, which leads to higher costs and inconvenient service interruptions. Hydro excavation is safer, more efficient, and better for the environment, making it a better alternative for many types of projects.

At Danbert, the difference is and always has been our reliability and longstanding reputation. It’s something we learned from our founder, Bob Wilson. He started Danbert in 1982, and he built the company on values that stand the test of time: quality, safety, integrity, and reliability. When Wilson passed in 2006, two long-time employees, Matt Lemon and Joe Reinhard, purchased the company. Today they continue to uphold these values, which serve as the foundation for Danbert’s continued growth and outstanding reputation.

100% Employee Ownership

Years later, the company is embarking on another new chapter as it implements an employee stock ownership plan, or ESOP. The decision to transition ownership of the company to the employees not only rewards them for the role they’ve played so far, but it offers them further incentive to grow the company. While the management structure and name of the companies will remain the same, all employees — union and otherwise — will now be owners. With this plan, Danbert will continue to attract and retain knowledgeable, conscientious employees who are focused on safety, long-term growth, and pride in a job well done.
