We believe in
upholding strong values.

At Danbert, we don’t cut corners and we never compromise our strong customer relationships. These values date back to 1982 when Bob Wilson founded the company. Wilson, who spent two decades working in highway construction and operations, used his experience to fuel the company’s early growth. He also demonstrated a willingness to wear many hats, from estimator and accountant to foreman and laborer. Ultimately, he built a multi-million-dollar company known for quality, safety, and integrity.

When Wilson passed in 2006, two long time employees, Matt Lemon and Joe Reinhard, purchased the company. Wilson had inspired them with his dedication, experience, and commitment to delivering an honest, quality solution with safety at the forefront. In 2017, when steady growth led to expansion into the electrical side of the business, the new owners continued to uphold these same values. Today Danbert is proud to offer a full range of turnkey services, making it possible to offer project support from start to finish.

100% Employee Ownership

Years later, the company is embarking on another new chapter as it implements an employee stock ownership plan, or ESOP. The decision to transition ownership of the company to the employees not only rewards them for the role they’ve played so far, but it offers them further incentive to grow the company. While the management structure and name of the companies will remain the same, all employees — union and otherwise — will now be owners. With this plan, Danbert will continue to attract and retain knowledgeable, conscientious employees who are focused on safety, long-term growth, and pride in a job well done.
